RETAIL LOAN OFFICER
Loan Officers receive an aggressive commission split, company paid leads and strong processing support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source new mortgage customers from referral sources such as Realtors, Builders, other customers, professionals, etc.
• Develop solid product knowledge: offer clients the best mortgage products that fit their needs. Create and maintain long-term relationships with our clients.
• Counsel customers on various types of mortgage financing, choosing a program best suited to their needs; complete mortgage application, follow through to   closing and resolve any problems while ensuring salability and compliance guidelines.
• Work with clients and internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan.
• Achieve and exceed mortgage originations goals.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years of proven retail mortgage sales success.
• Strong work ethics and high integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to source and build a broad based mortgage referral network.
• Strong selling, presentation, and organizational skills are required, as is numeric aptitude and proficient PC skills. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to set and achieve productivity goals.
• Possess a Loan Officer license if required by your state.
• Knowledge of key lending concepts such as debt/income ratios, loan to value percentage, credit scoring, and other underwriting criteria necessary to counsel   on mortgage programs and prices

LOCATION
These positions will be based in Houston, TX.
